What’s kept, and for how long
Meeting content
Transcript, summary, and documents are kept with the meeting so you can come back to them —
until the host deletes the meeting.
Recordings
Kept until the host deletes the recording or the meeting.
Credits
Wallet and purchase history are kept while your account exists, for billing and refunds.
Your account
Deleting your account removes your meetings and everything in them.
Delete meeting on a meeting’s page removes it permanently — transcript, summary, documents,
and recordings included — and closes the room if it’s still open.
