# Proofday

> An active daily-accountability journal — close each day in a minute, keep a forgiving streak, and turn your entries into proof your life is moving forward.

Proofday is a **daily-accountability journal**. Each evening a gentle nudge invites you to
**close the day** — a line or two about what you got done. Every day is marked **won** or
**missed** (honest, reversible, never judged on quality), and a paid **AI layer** turns your
entries into proof of progress: recaps, trends, and a career brag-doc.

## The idea in one minute

<Steps>
  <Step title="A nudge in the evening">
    Proofday reminds you to close the day at a time you choose. Gentle by default — you decide how
    insistent it gets.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Close the day">
    Write a line or two about what you got done, optionally tap a mood. That's the whole entry, and
    it counts as a win. It takes about a minute.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Build a forgiving streak">
    Won days build a streak and a momentum score that bends instead of snapping — one missed day
    never wipes your progress, and you can redeem it or take a planned rest day.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn it into proof">
    Over time your entries become a record. On Pro, the AI turns them into recaps, trends, and a
    career brag-doc — receipts, on demand.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Proofday never judges the quality of your day — showing up and logging honestly is the whole
  win. The habit loop is free forever; the AI proof layer and full history are Pro.
